1. Introduction & Organization Overview
HEART Global (hereinafter referred to as 'HEART Global,' 'the Organization,' 'we,' 'our,' or 'us') is a youth-led educational organization operating in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The name HEART is an acronym representing our five core pillars:
▸ H — Health: Promoting well-being through knowledge and practice ▸ E — Exploration: Encouraging curiosity, inquiry, and discovery ▸ A — Academic: Supporting scholastic achievement and skills ▸ R — Research: Advancing evidence-based learning and methodology ▸ T — Training: Building practical, career-ready competencies
HEART Global operates through its official website located at www.heart-global.org and provides educational, skill-development, and academic support services primarily to university and postgraduate students across Bangladesh and internationally.
These Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between HEART Global and any individual, student, client, or entity ('User,' 'Client,' or 'you') who accesses our website, uses our platform, or purchases any service from us.
HEART Global is a youth-led educational support organization operating in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are built on 5 core pillars representing Health, Exploration, Academic, Research, and Training.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website (www.heart-global.org) or any service offered by HEART Global, you expressly represent and warrant that:
▸ You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or if under eighteen (18), you have obtained valid written consent from a parent or legal guardian;
▸ You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Bangladesh or the jurisdiction in which you reside;
▸ You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety;
▸ You have independently reviewed and are fully aware of the academic integrity policies, codes of conduct, and regulations of your educational institution;
▸ You agree that any material delivered to you by HEART Global is received solely for the purposes of academic reference, learning support, skill development, and personal enrichment, and not for direct submission to any academic institution as your own original work unless expressly permitted by that institution's policies.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using this website and all services. Continued use of the website or engagement of any service after these Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the then-current version of these Terms.
By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent), have the legal capacity to enter contracts, and accept these Terms in full.
3. Description of Services
HEART Global offers the following educational support and skill-development services (collectively referred to as 'Services'):
3.1 Academic Writing Support Services ▸ Research Proposal Writing: Structured guidance and drafting support for academic research proposals ▸ Thesis and Dissertation Assistance: Comprehensive writing support for Bachelor's, Master's, and postgraduate-level dissertations ▸ Internship and Practicum Report Writing: Professional document preparation for practical placement reports ▸ Assignment Writing Assistance: Subject-specific academic writing support for coursework requirements ▸ Presentation Development: Design and content support for academic and professional slide presentations
3.2 Skill Development & Training Services ▸ Research methodology training and workshops ▸ Academic writing coaching for university students ▸ Professional development modules for early-career researchers
3.3 Nature and Intended Use of Delivered Materials All materials, documents, reports, presentations, and written content delivered by HEART Global are provided strictly as: ▸ Academic reference materials ▸ Learning guides and study aids ▸ Model documents for educational purposes ▸ Skill-building resources
HEART Global does not represent, market, or endorse any Service as a means of circumventing academic requirements or deceiving educational institutions. The Organization explicitly does not knowingly encourage, facilitate, or condone plagiarism, academic fraud, or any breach of institutional integrity policies.
We offer professional assistance including thesis/dissertation support, research proposals, internship reports, and academic assignments. All materials are strictly reference files and model guides to support your learning.
4. Mandatory Academic Use Declaration
This section constitutes the cornerstone academic integrity declaration of HEART Global's service terms. Every client who engages any academic writing or document preparation service from HEART Global must explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:
ACADEMIC USE DECLARATION — MANDATORY All work delivered by HEART Global is provided for academic reference, learning support, and skill development purposes only. Clients acknowledge and agree that they bear sole and complete responsibility for all work submitted to their institution. HEART Global explicitly disclaims any responsibility for academic integrity violations, disciplinary action, or institutional consequences arising from the client's use of delivered materials. Clients are advised to review their institution's academic integrity policy independently.
By placing any order, making any payment, or engaging any Service, the Client:
▸ Irrevocably acknowledges receipt and understanding of the Academic Use Declaration above; ▸ Confirms that they are engaging HEART Global for legitimate educational reference and skill-development purposes; ▸ Accepts sole, exclusive, and non-transferable responsibility for how they elect to use any delivered material; ▸ Waives any right to claim liability against HEART Global arising from the Client's personal choices regarding the use of delivered materials; ▸ Confirms they have reviewed and are aware of their institution's academic integrity policies.
CRITICAL: You hold full and non-delegable responsibility for any document you submit to your university. HEART Global will not be liable for any grades, academic integrity penalties, suspensions, or degree actions.
5. Disclaimer of Liability — Academic Integrity
This Section 5 constitutes a comprehensive, multi-layered disclaimer of liability. HEART Global makes absolutely clear the following:
5.1 No Guarantee of Academic Outcome HEART Global makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that any material delivered will achieve any particular academic grade, result, pass rate, or approval from any educational institution. Academic assessment is entirely within the domain of the relevant institution and its examiners.
5.2 Sole Responsibility of the Client The Client bears full, unshared, and non-delegable responsibility for: ▸ All decisions made regarding the use of delivered materials ▸ All submissions made to any academic institution ▸ Any and all consequences: academic, professional, financial, or otherwise — arising from such submissions ▸ Compliance with their institution's academic integrity policies ▸ Compliance with all applicable laws of Bangladesh and the jurisdiction in which they are enrolled
5.3 No Complicity in Academic Dishonesty HEART Global does not knowingly facilitate academic dishonesty. The Organization is not a party to, and does not bear any responsibility for, any decision by a Client to submit HEART Global's materials to an educational institution in violation of that institution's academic integrity policies. Such decisions are made solely and independently by the Client.
5.4 Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law in Bangladesh, HEART Global, its founders, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated individuals shall not be liable for: ▸ Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Client's use or misuse of delivered materials ▸ Academic disciplinary proceedings, expulsion, degree revocation, or any institutional sanction against the Client ▸ Loss of employment, professional reputation, or career opportunities ▸ Any third-party claims arising from the Client's actions
We make no grade guarantees. Your academic, professional, and career consequences are entirely your own. HEART Global is legally shielded from any direct or indirect institutional actions taken against you.
6. Client Eligibility & Representations
By engaging HEART Global’s services, the Client represents, warrants, and covenants that:
▸ They are a current or prospective student enrolled in or applying to a recognized educational institution, or a professional seeking skill development;
▸ They are engaging services for legitimate educational reference, model-document study, or skill-building purposes;
▸ They are not an agent, representative, or employee of any educational institution acting in an investigative or entrapment capacity;
▸ All information provided during registration, service request, and payment is accurate, complete, and truthful;
▸ They will not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any material delivered by HEART Global without prior written consent;
▸ They will not upload or share HEART Global's delivered materials on unauthorized academic paper-sharing platforms.
You certify that you are a legitimate student or career-builder and not working in an undercover or investigative capacity for any academic institution. You will not redistribute our proprietary model content.
7. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
7.1 Payment Obligations All service fees shall be clearly communicated to the Client prior to engagement. Payment shall be made via the payment methods designated by HEART Global, which may include: ▸ Mobile banking platforms (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other designated platforms) ▸ Bank transfer to HEART Global’s designated institutional account ▸ Any other method mutually agreed in writing
7.2 Instalment Arrangements Where HEART Global agrees to an instalment payment structure, the specific schedule, milestones, and associated deliverables shall be documented in a Service Agreement or Payment Schedule issued to the Client. Failure to meet agreed instalment deadlines may result in suspension of services or withholding of further deliverables until payment is received.
7.3 Refund Policy Refunds shall be considered under the following conditions: ▸ Full refund: If HEART Global fails to deliver the agreed service within the agreed timeframe, and no mutually agreed extension has been established, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund of amounts paid for that specific deliverable. ▸ Partial refund: If partial work has been delivered and accepted, refund amounts shall be calculated on a proportional basis relative to completed deliverables. ▸ No refund: Refunds shall not be issued for services already delivered and confirmed received by the Client, regardless of the Client's subsequent decisions regarding the use of that material.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via the official HEART Global communication channels within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained.
7.4 Taxes & Charges Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, cashout charges or banking charges arising in their jurisdiction in connection with payments to HEART Global.
Payments are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or direct bank transfer. A 35% to 40% advance is required to lock slots. Full refunds are provided only if we fail to deliver on schedule, with no refunds after work is delivered.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Ownership of Delivered Materials Upon receipt of full payment for a specific service, HEART Global grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the delivered materials for their stated educational reference or skill-development purposes. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property in model content, templates, frameworks, and structural elements developed by HEART Global is retained by HEART Global.
8.2 Prohibited Uses The Client expressly agrees not to: ▸ Resell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any delivered material without prior written consent from HEART Global; ▸ Upload delivered materials to any third-party platform, paper mill, or academic submission checking service in a manner that exposes HEART Global's proprietary content; ▸ Claim authorship of materials in contexts where such claims would constitute fraud or misrepresentation; ▸ Reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate HEART Global's service frameworks or internal processes for commercial purposes. ▸ Academic paper sharing platforms (e.g. CourseHero, Scribd, etc.) are strictly off-limits.
8.3 Website Content All content on www.heart-global.org, including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and organizational materials, is the intellectual property of HEART Global and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use delivered documents as study references. HEART Global retains the core copyright and service frameworks.
9. Confidentiality & Data Privacy
9.1 Client Confidentiality HEART Global shall treat all client information, including personal data, institutional affiliation, payment details, and service engagement records, as strictly confidential. Such information shall not be disclosed to third parties except: ▸ Where required by applicable law or a valid court order; ▸ Where necessary to process payments through authorised banking channels; ▸ Where the Client has given prior written consent.
9.2 Data Collection & Use HEART Global may collect personal information for the purpose of service delivery, communication, and improvement of organizational services. Data collected may include: name, contact details, institutional affiliation, payment details, and service request records. This data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection principles under the laws of Bangladesh.
9.3 No Third-Party Disclosure to Academic Institutions HEART Global shall not proactively disclose client identities or service engagement records to any educational institution unless compelled to do so by a valid legal order from a competent court of jurisdiction in Bangladesh.
We maintain strict confidentiality under a standard 5-year Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Your identity, institution, and project details are encrypted and never proactively shared.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Clients and website users must not: ▸ Use HEART Global's website or services for any unlawful purpose under the laws of Bangladesh; ▸ Provide false or misleading information in the course of engaging services; ▸ Attempt to harass, defame, or intimidate HEART Global personnel or contractors; ▸ Use delivered materials in ways that violate applicable law; ▸ Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the HEART Global website; ▸ Engage HEART Global's services on behalf of a third party without disclosure and consent; ▸ Use HEART Global's delivered materials in any manner that knowingly and directly facilitates academic fraud as defined under Bangladeshi law or the Client's institutional code of conduct.
HEART Global reserves the right to terminate service engagement, withhold deliverables, and refuse future service to any Client found to be in breach of this Section, without liability and without refund where services have already been partially or fully rendered.
You are forbidden from scraping our site, harassing our writing team, providing false information, or using materials to commit active academic fraud as defined under Bangladeshi laws.
11. Warranties & Disclaimers
11.1 Service Quality HEART Global warrants that it will deliver services with reasonable skill and care commensurate with the agreed scope and timeline. HEART Global does not, however, warrant that delivered materials will be error-free, and the Client accepts responsibility for reviewing, editing, and taking ownership of all materials received.
11.2 Disclaimer of Implied Warranties To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HEART Global disclaims all implied warranties including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. All services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis.
11.3 Website Availability HEART Global does not guarantee that the website (www.heart-global.org) will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. The Organization reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the website or any service at any time without prior notice.
We guarantee reasonable care and professional research delivery. All services are offered 'as-is' and 'as-available' without implied warranties or uptime guarantees.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Dispute Resolution In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or any service engagement, the parties shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within fourteen (14) days of written notice of the dispute.
If good-faith negotiation fails, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before a mutually agreed neutral mediator in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
12.3 International Users HEART Global operates from Bangladesh. International clients acknowledge that by engaging services, they consent to the application of Bangladeshi law and the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts for any disputes arising from their engagement with HEART Global.
Disputes are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and must follow a three-stage resolution path: Good-faith Negotiation (14 days) ➔ Neutral Mediation in Dhaka (30 days) ➔ Competent Dhaka Courts.
13. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HEART Global and its founders, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
▸ The Client's use or misuse of any delivered material; ▸ The Client's breach of any academic integrity policy, institutional regulation, or applicable law; ▸ Any false or misleading representation made by the Client to HEART Global; ▸ The Client's breach of any provision of these Terms of Service; ▸ Any third-party claims arising from the Client's use of HEART Global's materials.
You agree to hold HEART Global, its writers, and its directors harmless from any claims, legal costs, losses, or liabilities resulting from your use, misuse, or submission of our files.
14. Amendments to These Terms
HEART Global reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the website at www.heart-global.org. The 'Effective Date' at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Continued use of the website or any service following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Client's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on our site. We advise you to review this page periodically.
15. Severability & Entire Agreement
15.1 Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15.2 Entire Agreement These Terms of Service, together with any Service Agreement or Payment Schedule issued in connection with a specific engagement, constitute the entire agreement between HEART Global and the Client regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior oral or written communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same.
15.3 No Waiver Failure by HEART Global to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right. All rights and remedies are cumulative.
If a court rules one of these terms invalid, the remaining rules remain fully active. These Terms represent our full binding contract and override any verbal agreements.
